Some of the bottles we will be talking about today (wine #3) #Cabernetday + #Tempranilloday.

A selection of incredible wines that we'll be talking about today: #Cabernetday + #Tempranilloday.

The requirements here are:
  1. Must be a single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, or Tempranillo
  2. Must have at least 50% of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, or Tempranillo (if a blend)
  3. Must be a damn good wine!

Crianza - Nekeas - Navarra, Spain
Blend:Tempranillo 40% + Cabernet Sauvignon 60%
Vintage: 2006
Alcohol %:14%
Price: US$ 25.00
The Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards chosen are located on red loam soils and the Tempranillo vineyards are planted on soils of grey loam from sandstone. Different orientations contribute to the complexity of the wine. Not very vigorous, low-production vines offer slow yet sufficient grape ripening.

Go ahead and celebrate #Cabernetday & Tempranilloday!
Cheers,
LA
