LOOKS like I dissappeared for awhile..actually, I, have been on vacation in AMAZING ITALY..from UMBRIA to ROME to the ISLE OF CAPRI..Just ate an unbelivevable lunch at the famous LA CAPANNINA RESTAURANT www.capannina-capri.com .
The wonderful white wines from DOMODIMONTI Vineyards www.domodimonti.com paired perfectly with the stuffed squid and octopus with potatoes for lunch.
Who could ask for anything more?
