Important Wine Events in New Zealand


A list of the most important wine-related events taking place in New Zealand
 (for the remainder of 2011)

The Romeo Bragato Conference is the largest and one of the most important conferences to grape growers and wine makers on the New Zealand calendar. The 17th annual conference will be held at the Ellerslie Event Centre in Auckland from 25-27 August 2011. The theme of “Back to Profitability” is timely.

The Gisborne Wine & Food Festival has been a must-do Labour Weekend event since 1997. Following on from a sell-out in 2010, this year's festival has a spectacular new venue, a new format, and even more to taste, experience and see.

The 2011 Canterbury A&P Show will be held Wednesday 9, Thursday 10 and Friday 11 November at Canterbury Agriculutral Park, Christchurch.
